Guests making reservations for Reynolds Lake Oconee tee times or sporting ground usage are subject to a non-refundable advance booking fee at the time of reservation.

This fee secures the requested date and time and will be applied in addition to any applicable guest or usage fees.

By providing a credit or debit card to secure a reservation, you authorize Reynolds Lake Oconee to store the card securely and charge it in accordance with these Terms of Service.

The card will remain on file solely for purposes of guaranteeing reservations, enforcing cancellation/no-show policies, and processing applicable guest usage fees.

Reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date of play.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the reserved time, or failure to appear (“no-show”), will result in a charge equal to 100% of the applicable guest fee for the reserved tee time or sporting grounds activity.

The stored card on file will be charged automatically in such cases.

It is the guest’s responsibility to confirm all details at the time of booking and to notify Reynolds Lake Oconee of any changes in advance of the cancellation deadline.

Guests are expected to arrive on time; late arrivals may be treated as no-shows at the discretion of the Club.

All guests are required to comply with Reynolds Lake Oconee rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.

The Club reserves the right to refuse or revoke reservations in cases of misuse, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

By confirming a reservation and providing a card on file, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
